How many items are the in boxes:

Large boxes contain at least 16 items with 1 item as an extra free gift.

Medium boxes contain at least 12 items.

Small boxes contain at least 8 items.

We do however regularly add additional small tokens as our appreciation.

I do not wish to receive a certain type of item - is this possible?

Yes, absolutely.  Just provide details in the message section on the order page and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Can I ask for specific items for my box?

If you provide details of the recipients interests and likes or dislikes, we will try and make the box as personal as possible.

How long will delivery take?

Using Royal Mail 48, your box will arrive in 2-5 working days.   If you would like it sooner - you can request Royal Mail 24, you will receive your box within 1-2 working days and this is available at an extra fee.  Please contact for details.

Do we ship internationally?

No, not at this time!  UK postcodes only at present!

Do you offer returns?

Yes. 

Our most important promise; if you are not happy with your box, we will offer you a full refund of the value box.

In the event that you are disappointed with your box please contact us immediately by email at daniella@mysteryboxesforkids.co.uk

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your box.

We will then send you the details on how to return your box to us. Importantly, the cost of returning the boxto us will be at the buyers expense.

Please return your box to us by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, so that you receive proof of postage, and so we sign for it upon its return. This is important, as it covers yourself (the buyer), and ourselves in the rare instance that Royal Mail lose the box in transit to us.

Every item in your box must be returned to us in pristine condition. All items must be unopened and unused. If an item is returned to us damaged, or opened, we will deduct the cost of this item from the refund amount.

Once we receive every item in your returned box, in excellent condition, we will process your refund for you.

We will always endeavour to process your refund for you immediately- however, during peak periods, please allow us 48 hours for us to action your refund.

Once the refund request has been actioned, this can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
